    Return Policy

    1. Unboxing Video Requirement
      To claim a return or report a defective or incorrect product, a proper unboxing video is required. The video must be continuous, with no cuts, edits, or pauses, and must clearly show the product’s condition at the time of delivery. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

    2. Refund Claims Process

      At Memorizer, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 3 working days after the request is approved. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

      Refund claims for wrong or defective products will be processed only after verification.

    3. Rejected Deliveries
      Refunds will not be issued if the order has been dispatched and rejected at the time of delivery.

    Exchange Policy

    1. Customized Items
      Customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for reasons such as design preferences, fit issues, or any other customer-related concerns.

    Sale Items

      Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

    Return Policy

    1. Unboxing Video Zaroori Hai
      Agar aapko product return karna hai ya defective/mistaken product report karna hai, toh ek proper unboxing video zaroori hai. Video continuous honi chahiye, bina kisi cut, edit ya pause ke, aur product ki delivery ke waqt ki condition clearly dikhni chahiye. Claim sirf delivery ke 48 hours ke andar accept kiya jayega.

    2. memorizer mein, graahak santushti hamaaree praathamikata hai. yadi aap rifand ke lie paatr hain, to ham anurodh sveekrt hone ke baad 3 kaary divason ke bheetar rifand kee prakriya karenge. raashi aapake mool bhugataan vidhi mein vaapas jama kar dee jaegee.
      Refund Process

      Galat ya defective product ke liye refund claim sirf verification ke baad process kiya jayega.

    3. Rejected Deliveries
      Agar product dispatch ho gaya hai aur delivery ke waqt reject kar diya gaya hai, toh refund nahi diya jayega.

      Customized items returnable ya exchangeable nahi hain. Refund ya exchange design preference, fit issues, ya kisi aur customer-related concern ke liye process nahi kiya jayega.

    Sale Items

      Sirf regular-priced items refund ke liye eligible hain. Sale items refund nahi kiye jayenge.
