Unboxing Video Requirement
 To claim a return or report a defective or incorrect product, a proper unboxing video is required. The video must be continuous, with no cuts, edits, or pauses, and must clearly show the product’s condition at the time of delivery. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Claims Process At Memorizer, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 3 working days after the request is approved. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
 
 Refund claims for wrong or defective products will be processed only after verification.

Rejected Deliveries
 Refunds will not be issued if the order has been dispatched and rejected at the time of delivery.
