4.2. Standard delivery time is 2-7 business days, subject to courier services and location.

If, due to any uncertain reasons such as weather conditions, transportation strikes, natural disasters, unforeseen government restrictions, operational issues at courier services, or high seasonal demand (e.g., festivals, public holidays), the parcel is delivered late, Memorizer will not be held responsible.
